About Our Cat Retreat
Our five-star Cat Chalet’s will provide a tranquil retreat for your cat, whilst enjoying spacious accommodation, with natural light, and external Catio, regulated temperature and of course our excellent service.
Our Cat Retreat is fully insulated with air source underfloor heating and double-glazed units, ensuring a constant temperature irrespective of the weather outside, all chalets are full UPVC ensuring a clean environment for your cat at all times.
Our Luxury Cat Lodges offer a new dynamic in feline accommodation with an innovative design, including infrared heating, Cat TV and larger external catio’s.
Passionate about pets, our team are committed to ensuring that our Cat Retreat is a relaxed and friendly environment where your cat will be comfortable and secure throughout their stay. We usually find that our new guests feel very at home within their first 24 hours.
If you wish to look around our cattery, facility viewings are always welcome and can be arranged by appointment with our friendly team. The ultimate experience for your feline companion, short or longer stays are available.
Bedding and Heating
In Our Cat Retreat and Luxury Lodges we give every Cat a soft and snug bed, which are designed for maximum comfort and warmth, all hygienic washed in our on-site laundry.
All Cat accommodation is heated to a constant 20 degrees centigrade, to maintain a natural warmth throughout.
Feeding
We can cater for all diets and provide breakfast, lunch (on request), and evening meals for all our feline guests. If you prefer your cat to be fed on its own diet as fed at home, we ask that you provide sufficient supplies for the stay and advise us on the frequency of feeding. There is always a supply of fresh water available.
Exercise and Play
Cats have unrestricted access to exercise by means of a cat flap to a outside Catio. By way of toys and enrichment, we provide ping pong balls and hanging plastic chains made from shower curtain hooks for your cats to enjoy. These are sterilised after use to prevent any cross-contamination. What’s more, digital radio is piped into every cat pen to relax and calm cats during their stay. If your cat has a favourite toy that you wish to bring with you that is also fine.
Bedtime Service
At night, we check all cats and spend some time playing and cuddling them. Every cat gets what we call a good night treat, so bedtime is always positive and a loving time for them as well and they go to sleep looking forward to the fun of the next day.
Illness and Vaccinations
We always ask that you mention any recent injury, illness, or any disability when you leave your cat with us. Bespoke requests including treatments or medicines are administered as per your veterinarian’s instructions. No extra charge is made for these requests, or any other special care required for their condition.
A current veterinary certificate of inoculation must be produced for inspection on your pet’s arrival.
All cats must have been inoculated against Feline Enteritis and cat flu within the last 12 months. It is also important that your cat has regular worm, and flea treatments – please supply the most recent dates treated and which products were used.
Insurance
All cats staying with us are covered by our fully comprehensive insurance. If your cat is insured separately, please bring insurance details with you.
Collection and Delivery Service
We offer a chauffeur pickup and delivery service, for all animals for most areas, in our own vehicle. charges are available on request.
Safety and Security
For the safety and security of your cat, we ask that all cats are restrained in a suitable carrier when brought into reception. We will be happy to provide a carrier should you have forgotten to bring yours.

Cat Retreat Prices
Cats are charged at a flat rate per day for boarding. All animals are subject to the relevant charge on the day of arrival but will not be charged for the day of departure if collected before 12.00 p.m. (noon) on that day.
- Single Cat/Kitten – £15.00/Day
- Two Cats/Kittens Sharing – £25.00/Day
