About Our Cattery
We house all cats in our purpose-built cattery, which has a split-level upstairs/downstairs system. Food, drink, bed, and heating are all in the insulated upper level, while the litter tray and spacious run are on the lower level. There are cat stools and ladders for your pet to traverse between levels and at the end of the run, there is an individual access gate to each pen, via a safety corridor.
Passionate about pets, our team are committed to ensuring that our cattery is a relaxed and friendly environment where your cat will be comfortable and secure throughout their stay. We usually find that our new guests feel very at home within their first 24 hours.
If you wish to look around our cattery, facility viewings are always welcome and can be arranged by appointment with our friendly team. Cats can be accommodated for a few hours or a few weeks or longer periods by arrangement.
Bedding and Heating
Our cattery uses veterinary recommended bedding that keeps cats cool during the warmer months and warm during the cooler months. These beds have the further advantage of staying dry if your cat has any accidents.
We also allow customers to bring their own cat bed and/ or bedding if preferred. If you can somehow label or mark your belongings, then there is less chance of confusion in our washing system (this would be very much appreciated), Toys and treats may also be brought to help make your cat feel at home.
Feeding
We can cater for all diets and provide breakfast, lunch (on request), and evening meals for all our feline guests. If you prefer your cat to be fed on its own diet as fed at home, we ask that you provide sufficient supplies for the stay and advise us on the frequency of feeding. There is always a supply of fresh water available.
Exercise and Play
Cats have unrestricted access to exercise by means of a cat flap to a covered run. By way of toys and enrichment, we provide ping pong balls and hanging plastic chains made from shower curtain hooks for your cats to enjoy. These are sterilised after use to prevent any cross-contamination. What’s more, digital radio is piped into every cat pen to relax and calm cats during their stay. If your cat has a favourite toy that you wish to bring with you that is also fine.
Bedtime Service
At night, we check all cats and spend some time playing and cuddling them. Every cat gets what we call a good night treat, so bedtime is always positive and a loving time for them as well and they go to sleep looking forward to the fun of the next day.
Illness and Vaccinations
We always ask that you mention any recent injury, illness, or any disability when you leave your cat with us. Bespoke requests including treatments or medicines are administered as per your veterinarian’s instructions. No extra charge is made for these requests, or any other special care required for their condition.
A current veterinary certificate of inoculation must be produced for inspection on your pet’s arrival.
All cats must have been inoculated against Feline Enteritis and cat flu within the last 12 months. It is also important that your cat has regular worm, and flea treatments – please supply the most recent dates treated and which products were used.
Insurance
All cats staying with us are covered by our fully comprehensive insurance. If your cat is insured separately, please bring insurance details with you.
Collection and Delivery Service
We offer a chauffeur pickup and delivery service, for all animals for most areas, in our own vehicle. charges are available on request.
Safety and Security
For the safety and security of your cat, we ask that all cats are restrained in a suitable carrier when brought into reception. We will be happy to provide a carrier should you have forgotten to bring yours.

Cat Boarding Prices
Cats are charged at a flat rate per day for boarding. All animals are subject to the relevant charge on the day of arrival but will not be charged for the day of departure if collected before 12.00 p.m. (noon) on that day.
